Truth is an exotic Rocket Launcher introduced in Destiny Year One. A Year Two version of Truth is available in The Taken King. Along with the release of Rise of Iron, Truth has been given two exotic Ornaments that have a chance of dropping from Radiant Treasures and Treasures of the Dawning. Truth returns in Destiny 2 during the 'Season of Opulence' with a three rocket magazine.

Gameplay

Year One

Rockets fired from Truth will aggressively seek out enemy targets and have proximity detonation, ensuring that rockets will rarely miss the target.

Year Two

Rockets fired from Truth target and seek its targets very aggressively, as well as detonate when they are in close proximity to the target.

Year 3

Truth retains the same perks as Year 2, but as of the Sandbox update on February 14th, 2017, The magazine size has been reduced from 3 to 1. The reload speed was also increased to the fastest of any rocket launcher.

Destiny 2

This weapon's rockets have tracking. Lock onto targets when aiming down sights.
