Tlaloc is a Warlock-exclusive exotic Scout Rifle introduced in The Taken King.[1] It is obtained by reaching Rank 3 Gunsmith reputation with a Warlock and completing the Back in the Saddle quest.
Gameplay[edit]
Tlaloc starts out as an average Scout Rifle with no unique properties. It is perfectly serviceable, but doesn't have much utility otherwise. However, given enough time, for the moment the player's Super is fully charged, Tlaloc's exotic perk, Overflow, starts to kick in. It gives considerable bonuses to stability, handling, and rate of fire all at once without any reduction in damage. The most common tactic was for the player to use the super, Radiance, and hold onto self revive until needed. Thus, allowing for the perk to always be active. Using this strategy, the weapon becomes a formidable killer of both minions of the Darkness and other Guardians in the Crucible.
