Gameplay
Overview
Tlaloc's main perks benefit Warlocks who tend to use their supers sparingly. When a Warlock's super is fully charged, the perk Overflow activates, increasing the weapon's stability, handling, and rate of fire. This buff combines with the weapon's higher than average damage to make it quite potent in combat. Eye of the Storm makes the weapon even more accurate when injured.

Intrinsic Properties
Grenadier: Kills with this weapon reduce the cooldown of your grenade.

Barrel Extentions
Special Perk
Eye of the Storm: This weapon gets more accurate when the user is critically wounded.

Stat Modifiers
Exotic Perk
*Overflow: This weapon gains bonus stability, handling, and rate of fire when the wielder's Super is fully charged.

Summary
Tlaloc starts out as an average Scout Rifle with no unique properties. It is perfectly serviceable, but doesn't have much utility otherwise. However, given enough time, for the moment the player's Super is fully charged, Tlaloc's exotic perk, Overflow, starts to kick in. It gives considerable bonuses to stability, handling, and rate of fire all at once without any reduction in damage. As long as the player can hold on to their Super, this weapon becomes a formidable killer of both minions of the Darkness and other Guardians in the Crucible.
