Gameplay
Hidden perk: This weapon fires in full-auto mode.
Intrinsic perk: The Final round in the weapon's magazine will regenerate and do bonus damage, but will also drain the wielder's life force while doing so.
Final perk: Three rapid kills will return a portion of the wielder's health.
Trivia
According to the Books of Sorrow, Oryx may have intended for the weapon to be built, as a last-ditch effort to maintain his immortality.
