Aquisition

This weapon is difficult to acquire, as the questline is long and broken up. Also note: Because this quest is classified in the database, the exact steps required may not be correct and is based on supposition from players who received the weapon.

Gameplay

Intrinsic perk: The Final round in the weapon's magazine will regenerate and do bonus damage, but will also drain the wielder's life force while doing so. Final perk: Three rapid kills will return a portion of the wielder's health.
