Necrochasm is an exotic auto rifle in Destiny added by The Dark Below. It requires obtaining the common auto rifle Husk of the Pit from a Blade of Crota, upgrading it to the legendary auto rifle Eidolon Ally using an Embalming Orb purchased from Eris Morn, and upgrading that to Necrochasm with a Crux of Crota rewarded from completing Crota's End on Hard Mode.
Gameplay
Necrochasm's signature ability is "Cursebringer", which allow the player's precision kills with the weapon to frequently trigger Cursed Thrall explosions.
Trivia
- Necrochasm is the only weapon that is acquired in this way, upgrading it from common to legendary to exotic.
- Necrochasm is also the only primary exotic weapon that does Arc damage.
