An Salaak, the Weft is a Taken Wizard found in an Ascendant Challenge with An Hamaat, the Warp, and has the capability to control the movement or placement of Blight.[1]

Gameplay

An Salaak roams the area alongside their partner, bombarding the player with their Necromantic Gaze. While they lack the ability to directly summon Shadow Thralls, they are generated by the Blights the Wizards place around the area. These Blights are unshielded, but will gradually blind and mute the sounds of players that stand close to them. Every few seconds, the Blights will change position, but the player will avoid them if they stand near Toland. If An Hamaat is killed first, An Salaak will begin summoning Taken Phalanxes as well. Killing both bosses will dispel the Blights and complete the challenge.
