The Ozone Polluters are Fallen Captains belonging to the House of Dusk seen in the Chamber of Sky. Assuming by name, they are responsible for tampering and polluting the ozone layer of Nessus. Seeing this as an issue, Failsafe issued an assassination contract on their head and they were killed by the Guardians.[1]
