The Devoted of the Fanatic is an Elite Scorn Wraith, and an avid follower of Fikrul, the Fanatic. They are found in the Hollowed Lair Strike after the Scorn Walker encounter, were they and their fellow Scorn were ambushed and killed by the Guardians.[1]
