"I send you to claim Kings, as we once did as Wolves. Carry our history with you. Claim it. Bring it home."
Fikrul, the Fanatic

Rathil, First Broken Knight of Fikrul is a powerful Scorn Chieftain sent by Fikrul, the Fanatic to the mountains of the European Dead Zone to recruit former members of the House of Kings who were raised as Scorn by the corruption of the Ahamkara Hefnd. He acts as the first boss of the Warlord's Ruin Dungeon.

Gameplay

Rathil serves as both the first boss and encounter, seen overlooking Warlord's Ruin. He is immune and will summon Scorn reinforcements to his aid. After some time he will activate the Imminent Wish, a buff which lasts for 29 seconds and allows players to cleanse the corrupted Totems, and will teleport players into cages. To escape the cages before being impaled, players must shoot three Blighted Eyes to open the cage doors. Upon breaking free, the Guardians must cleanse the corrupted Totems by standing within them for a couple of seconds. When the Totems are cleansed and Imminent Wish reaches zero, the fireteam will gain the Naeem's Wish Empowerment buff, allowing them to damage Rathil. The more Totems cleansed the longer the buff lasts. When Naeem's Wish Empowerment reaches zero, the battle's mechanics will restart. Once Rathil is slain the first encounter is complete.

Trivia

  • Rathil is the first Scorn to show possessing some kind of Taken energy due to his Taken grasps and hands.
