Gameplay
Guardians must expel Fallen Extraction Crews that are attempting to extract caches of Glimmer from various sites around the area. The sites will be guarded by increasingly powerful enemies deployed by Skiffs. At each site, Guardians must kill three Fallen Extractors and then an Extractor Captain, all highlighted by the Public Event symbol. Once all extractors are slain at all sites, the event is completed.
Heroic Event: Defend Glimmer
Destroying the mining machine (small white boxes with pistons near the drill) at each site will trigger the Heroic version of the event. The Drill will collapse to the ground, leaving a pile of Glimmer that must be defended from a Fallen onslaught led by an giant Ultra Captain. The more players stand in the pile, the quicker it will transmat. Once the bar reaches 100%, the event will be completed.
