Primeval Ogres are Taken Primevals that take the form of a Taken Ogre. They are summoned by Guardians participating in the Drifter's games of Gambit.[1] The Hallowed variation appeared in games of Gambit Prime.[2]

Gameplay

The Primeval Ogre fights much like normal Ultra Taken Ogres. Players should be wary of its Rotten Surge, who can easily stop them in their tracks. Getting too close to the Primeval will prompt it to smash the ground in a Ground Slam attack. The Primeval Ogre and its Primeval Envoys are accompanied by hordes of Taken Thralls.
