The Plan C is an Exotic fusion rifle obtainable in Destiny, either by purchasing it from Xûr, Agent of the Nine or by Exotic weapon engram drops.

When you draw the weapon, fast-rise capacitors and a smart induction system prime for firing. The 'ready fire' state only lasts a few moments - but in a gunfight, those moments matter.
