Season of the Witch is the 22nd Season of Destiny 2 and the third seasonal content of the Lightfall Annual Pass. The season started on August 22nd, 2023 and ended on November 28th, 2023.
Pursuing a means to reach the Witness, Ikora Rey and Eris Morn struck a bargain with the rogue Ghost Immaru: resurrecting Savathûn, the Witch Queen for her aid in exchange for the Vanguard dealing with her sister. Description
Story: A Ritual Begins
- "To pursue the Witness, Eris Morn must turn to the magic of the Hive and accept a deal that Savathûn crafted before her death. To honor our end of the bargain, Guardians must become masters of the arcane and harness the power required to defeat a god."
