The Heart of Malice is an powerful Tormentor found in a cave in The Transgression guarding a chest containing the Facet of Defiance fragment.

Gameplay

Heart of Malice is the final enemy players must face before opening the chest to unlock the Facet of Defiance. When the Tormentor spawns, a new wave of Eyes of Fear and Souls of Malice will spawn with them. Initially the Heart of Malice is shielded by Prismatic, but as soon as the protection is down, the Tormentor becomes an easy target to kill.
