Attendants are one of the units that make up the troops of the Dread. They are reshaped Psions with mastery over Stasis[2] that attack in large numbers.
Overview[edit]
Like other Dread, Attendants were created by the Witness using the Traveler's Light. In at least one instance, they were created from a myriad of painful moments extracted from a single Psion's memory, each rendered into physical form and augmented with Stasis powers.[1]
Gameplay[edit]
Attendants, unlike their Psion progenitors, tend to consistently stay near the back of battles. Attendants only actively engage in fighting when they have no more allies to hide behind or are directly engaged. When an enemy is spotted, the Attendant has a high chance of casting its Duskfield Wave to either flush them out of cover or keep them out of position to allow their comrades to tear the enemy apart.
