Eversion Regenerants are a set of Grim that are encountered in during the Nether.

Gameplay

While fighting Lezrel, Eversion Channeler in the Trenchway, they will spawn in two Eversion Regenerants at set intervals of health. The two Grim will then proceed to tether themselves to Lezrel, beginning to heal them slowly until they’ve both been killed or until Lezrel has reached max health, in which case they will still remain tethered unless defeated.
