The Talons of the Watcher are a coalition of fanatical or dominated House of Salvation, Shadow Legion, Taken, Scorn and Dread united under the command of Skira the Watcher. Slowly formed over the course of months following the Witness' death, the once-scattered forces of the Black Fleet would unite under the once-wounded Disciple of Judgement as she recovered quickly from the wrath of the Traveler years ago thanks to the assistance of an Echo. Now united under the common purpose of perpetuating the Watcher's interpretation of the Final Shape, the faction would march across the system and would serve as the antagonists of the Watcher episode.
