The Season of Opulence (previously known as Penumbra) is the seventh season of Destiny 2 and concludes the Forsaken Annual Pass.
It introduces a new Raid, Crown of Sorrow, and a new mode called The Menagerie. Both are set aboard the Leviathan and feature Emperor Calus tempting The Guardian towards his side as a Shadow. In an Exotic Quest named The Invitation, player are able to unlock The Menagerie and a trophy room known as the Tribute Hall
