The ruins of Chicago.

Old Chicago is a human city located on Earth. Formerly known as Chicago, it used to be the third largest city in the United States. As its name implies, Old Chicago may be from the Golden Age of humanity before the Collapse. [1] There is some degree of conflict in it as humanity tries to reclaim its former glory. The city is located in the middle of a big swamp.[2] It is also where a Guardian found the Exotic Pulse Rifle Graviton Lance. A creature of unknown origin lies within the city, powerful enough to hunt Guardians[3]. A terrestrial office for Häkke Heavy Industries was also located at Chicago during the Golden Age, where they were involved in the development of gravity-based weapons.[4]
