The Confluence is a location within the Dreaming City situated beneath the Blind Well, connecting the Harbinger's Seclude, Spine of Keres and Gardens of Esila. Within the Confluence there is a gate powered by the Blind Well which opens an Ascendant portal to Queen Mara Sov's corrupted throne world, Eleusinia.[1]
