A Perfected Vandal is a unique Splicer Vandal that have achieved the rank of "Perfected" in the Archon's Forge Arena. They can only be summoned by inserting a Perfected SIVA Offering into the console right next to the arena.
Gameplay[edit]
Perfected Vandals wield a powerful explosive Shrapnel Launcher that also leaves burning pools of Solar fire where their shots make impact, tough it isn't otherwise enhanced by SIVA.
