Wolf Enforcers are Major Fallen Captains units that belong to the House of Wolves. They were tasked by their Kell with ensuring rank-and-file members remained loyal by threat of force, especially when the Kell's grip on power began to weaken.

During the Wolf Rebellion, one Wolf Enforcer hid themselves in The Blast on Earth in the Cosmodrome. They were later killed by Guardians on orders of the Queen's Wrath, Petra Venj.
