The Allied Conclave is an alliance that intends to ally with a variety of species that used paracausal forces to benefit their society to help The Coalition understand better how to use them against threats such as The Witness and The Conductor. They are distinguished by teal colored armor, cyan colored cloaks for the Eliksni, and tree-shaped headdresses for the Psion Flayers. They were created following the death and the creation of paracausal artifacts called Echoes.
