Empyrean Vandals were a class of Fallen Dregs whose Ether has been enhanced with traces of Cabal technology, and could be distinguished by their purple glowing effect. They appeared in the Trostland area of the European Dead Zone, during the Enhance! Quest Mission and dropped "Anomalous Ether Samples" when they were killed.[1]
