Strykhoii, Witch of the Canal is a Scorn Ravager encountered as an optional main boss of the Takedown the Headless Lord. Once a Baroness of the House of Devils, she, along with her twin brother, would gain infamy among the Fallen for incredible heists until a run-in with an errant Guardian Fireteam would cost her brother's life. Despondent, she would search for any means to bring him back, and would soon discover the lore of Ozymandias, and soon began to dabble in his occult power. As she descended into madness, Fallen, warrior and innocent, would fall prey to the deranged Eliksni, soon earning her the moniker the Witch of the Canal. Learning of her insanity and monstrous deeds, her former House hunted her down and slew her.

Years later, she would be reborn as Scorn, now continuing her deranged work in Ozymandias' magic, only now in service to the Headless Necromancer. As more and more fugitive Eliksni would vanish around the Transylvanian Wildlands, legends of the infamous Witch of the Canal would resurface, drawing the curiosity of Eido, who would ask Guardians to investigate these rumors and tales. And as Guardians would return to the wildlands, they would encounter the mad Witch and, at long last, put her down.

• Strykhoii's name is a reference to the Strigoi, a Romanian vampiric monster risen from the dead.
