Heavy Armed Legionaries are a type of Major Legionary found only in the Spinter Legion, added in The Splinter Leigon. They are equipped with Heavy Slug Throwers, which drop upon death and can be picked up as a relic by players (akin to Cleavers and Scorch Cannons). They are occasionally found when a Splinter Legion patrol spawns in the Meridian Bay, in several missions that feature the defectors, as well as the Exclusion Line raid.
