Crimson is an exotic hand cannon in Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris. It is very similar to the Destiny weapon Red Death, in that it is a three-round-burst weapon that begins health regeneration with each kill. The main perk on this weapon also reloads the weapon instantly upon getting a precision kill.
