Ikilas, Splicer Priest is a Fallen Splicer Priest seen in the European Corruption Zone, rarely making an appearance in the Scarbreaker Arena during the most intense SIVA ritual. He is one of three targets required to be killed to create the Theistic Servant that will eventually create the EVOLUTION THEORY~.
