Necromancer's Eye, the Devil's Torrent is a Fallen/Hive Shrieker amalgamation created by the resurrected Devil Splicers from their dead and strands of corrupted SIVA. It serves as an eye for the source of the corruption and directs Vryskahn's crew of Splicers across the Splicer's Flotsam on Titan to spread the strands of corrupted SIVA. It acts as the final boss of the Eye of the Tempest Dungeon.
