Disciple's Hourglasses are Elite Taken Knights that appear in the Sunken Pyramid.

Gameplay

The Disciple's Hourglass appears in the Exibition section of the Vow of the Disciple Raid. They are protected by an immunity shield and will relentlessly attack any nearby Guardian with their Boomer. The only way to break their shield is to use the beam from the Resonant Shard, which will quickly take down both the barrier and the Knight. Doing so will also extend the Terminal Resonance timer, allowing the fireteam more time to succeed. One Hourglass spawns in the initial room alongside a Glyphkeeper and Resonant Glyphkeeper. Hourglasses in subsequent rooms will appear after both Glyphkeepers are slain.
