Blistered Ogres are a more powerful, Major variant of the Hive Ogre. They were first introduced in The Witch Queen expansion as part of the Lucent Brood,[1] featuring in Legendary Campaign Missions, as well as the PsiOps Battlegrounds activity.[2] In Season of Plunder, the Major Hidden Swarm Ogres found in the A Mysterious Disturbance Mission, as well as the Necropolis encounter of the Pit of Heresy Dungeon, were renamed to Blistered Ogres.[3][4]
