The Harbinger's Seclude is a location in the Dreaming City that lies within a massive temple, housing ceremonial sites and Awoken statues, as well as an entrance to the Confluence.
On the lower levels, accessible by a large elevator, the Hall of Names can be found. The chamber is filled with statues of revered Awoken[1] and there the Techeuns and Paladins would ceremoniously receive their titles.[2] There also Petra Venj received her title of Queen's Wrath.[3]
