Castris's Criminal Empire is a massive Fallen crime syndicate known for it's rather elite and prestigious members as well as it's shocking alliance with Guardians and gangs of other races. It is known to be, arguably, the most notorious and influential crime syndicate of the Underground.
History
Creation
