Wren Kinsing is a Human Warlock who serves as an arms dealer for the criminal underworld. Exceptionally knowledgable in the field of alien and domestic weaponry, he is known for his craft in weapons development and is often sought out by people of all sorts of races for such tools of war. He leads a mostly Cabal weapons smuggling gang and is well known to have a pretty close relationship to Castris and her Crime Syndicate.
