Shortly after abandoning the Hidden Swarm, Xyurdok, a Hive Darkblade, would stumble upon Kirito and Asuna, who took him under the wing and had him accompany them in their conquest of destruction and destroying the Traveler so that the Darkness can finally rule the entire universe.
