Valuses are the third highest rank in the Cabal military hierarchy, subordinate to their Primuses and Dominus while having control of their subordinate Bracuses and Vals. From their appearances behind the frontlines and their relations to their Primus, it can be assumed that Valuses are similar to Vice-Admirals.
