Valus Thruos is a respected weapons designer and tech developer who helped design and upgrade most of the Neon Wraiths's arsenal. Once a part of a family of rich tycoons, he got bored of his rather monotonous, lavish life and ditched his status and power to willingly enlist in the Cabal military, where he applied his knowledge of weaponry and A.I. into research and development, quickly landing himself a position with the Neon Wraiths, where he continues to oversee the development of new tech projects with the support of his commander, Primus Pro'taul.
