Cowlick is the Ghost of Truce.

Biography

Cowlick and Truce were tasked by the Hidden to examine the behavior of Stasis. Cowlick refused to scan the Stasis crystals, as they caused her harm. However, she analyzed the data provided by Truce's examination, and wrote an extensive report on the nature of Stasis.

Ikora Rey later provided them with a psychometer, allowing Cowlick to pick up on voices on Europa in a distress frequency. Truce decided that they should point the device at Cocytus, and warned Ikora in his report that if she never heard from them again, then they had found something too spooky.

Later Cowlick and Truce were stationed at the Sunken Pyramid to investigate a Dread invasion. Cowlick grew annoyed at Truce's excessive use of conjecture and threatened to tranquilize him. Upon uncovering a weapon within the Pyramid, Truce put it through the standard tests, but also decided to lick it to determine whether it was made from bone or stone. After successfully determining it was made from bone, Truce cut out his tongue and had Cowlick regenerate a new one to avoid contamination.
