The Lucent Brood, is a Hive sect found within the Throne World of Savathûn, the Witch Queen. They are distinguishable by their dark blue and grey coloration, and feature spike-like armour.

Uniquely among the Hive, the Lucent Brood have been gifted with the powers of the Light and are capable of rising from the dead through the use of their own Ghosts. They will play a prominent role in The Witch Queen expansion.

Trivia

• The Hive Brood's appearance seems to mimic members of the previous Broods of Sol rather than their ancestral counterparts.
• In the Trailers it has been observed that Hive of this brood possess blue eyes instead of the usual green, this may be connected to the Brood using the light in contrast to the other Hive wielding the Darkness.
