Outcome:	An Echo released by the Traveler after the destruction of the Witness inside its Pale Heart crashes on Nessus. A mysterious Vex signal emitting from the Vex Network causes Vex on Nessus to evolve into a new collective and terraform the planetoid.

The Upheaval on Nessus is an on-going conflict between the Guardians of the Vanguard aided by Failsafe and a newly created Vex collective following the command of a mysterious leader known only as the Conductor. Guardians must investigate the strange Vex terraforming Nessus in response to a paracausal Echo having impacted the planetoid as a byproduct released from the Traveler following the destruction of the Witness.
