Praksis, the Technocrat

Confirmation needed on a couple things (User:Jimmy, Kell of Citrus Fruits)

There are two things that jump out to me about Praksis that seem to be exclusive to him, but I'm not sure if they are. Attributes in question:

Eyes a different color than the usual light-blue (Pretty sure this is just because of the helmet, though)
First boss to make a comment about the character's race (Calling Bray Exoscience "Where [The Guardian] was created" if the Guardian is an Exo).
