Odgwyn is an Ahamkara and the twin brother of Kular-Thal. Originally a martyr of the Arcanum, he would be slain at the hands of the Hive with his bones being claimed by the Necromancer.
Biography
Before the Ana-Harmony
Odgwyn, the Scarlet Serpent was born to an unknown mother and father and was the twin brother of Kular-Thal, the Jade Serpent. They traveled the universe in their own pursuit of the Traveler, believing there to be a secret purpose between it and the Ahamkara. While Odgwyn saw that purpose as benevolent, Kular thought that otherwise and the Traveler sought only ruin to the civilizations that it encountered, recounting the fall of the Qugu and the Ammonite species.
Life on Ana-Harmony
The brothers would settle on the planet known as the Ana-Harmony, the home world of the Harmony species. Odgwyn was more open and more communicative to the Harmony compared to Kular who preferred to hid within caves of the planet. He would befriend the Wishful Bishop known as Talo'sha. The Bishop was unlike the other Harmony and desired to know the extent of the Anthem Anatheme of the Ahamkara.
He would make a wish to Odgwyn, wanting to have the time to figure out and plan the survival of the Harmony species, creating a small temporal anomaly for him to watch. In this anomaly, he would witness the fall of the Harmony species at the hands of the Hive. Fearing the fate of the Harmony, Odgwyn ended the wish and Talo'sha would be detained for making such a dangerous wish.
Odgwyn and his brother would survive the Hive-Harmony war, fleeing from Ana-Harmony as their brethren were slaughtered by the forces of the Hive. While Kular was being hunted by the forces of Shin'ra, Odgwyn would hunted by one of his servants, Zâtrox, who had become intrigued by the nature of the Ahamkara.
Servitude
Not long after the death of the Harmony, Odgwyn would hear whispers of Talo'sha, who at that point was anointed as a Disciple of the Witness. He would be offered a means for survival through the belief of the anointed Disciple's ideal Final Shape.

- The name Odgwyn is a mixture between the Norse god Odin and the Queen of Arthurian legend Guinevere.
