The Ishtar Sink is a Destination in Destiny. It is based on a location in the Ishtar Terra highland region of Venus. In the Golden Age it was home to the research group known as the Ishtar Collective, and the site of their Academy. Now it is also home to the House of Winter's lair, the Vex Citadel, and the Vault of Glass.
