Primus Pae'gor is a Cabal Phalanx and Primus of the Golden Legion. Formerly a Valus of the Skyburners, he would be granted the rank of Primus after the death of Primus Ta'aun. He would eventually be made Primus of the Golden Legion during the Red War and would eventually take the place of Primus Tlor after their demise at the Citadel.

Pae'gor's armor is reminiscent to that of Grask, the Consumed's and Gor'ath Gath's appearance.
