Torobatl is the current capital of the Cabal Hierarchy.
History
Calus, the previous Cabal Emperor, moved the empire's capital to Torobatl early on in his reign and maintained his palace there. It is mentioned to be "closer to the people" than the old capital. It remained the Cabal capital under Ghaul's reign.[1][2]
At least one celebration mask from Torobatl found its way to to the Tangled Shore in the Solar System, to be looted by Guardians roaming the region.[3]
