Dominus Calus is the former Emperor of the Cabal Empire, who was usurped by Dominus Ghaul many years prior to the events of Destiny and Destiny 2.
Biography
Thousands of years prior to Destiny, Dominus Ghaul led a military coup against Calus with the advice of The Consul, usurping him and ending his reign. Calus was confronted by a council of traitors, including his own daughter, and was ousted from the empire abord his Leviathan. In his voyage, he encountered The Darkness, and was corrupted by it.[1]
