The Captain is a class of Fallen. They are the highest known rank so far, and are very powerful and fierce. They carry themselves with an air of superiority and nobility. So far, they have only been depicted wielding two cutlasses that spark with blue energy.[1]
Trivia
Bungie created a physical Fallen Captain model for Gamescom 2013. According to developers, he is currently "on the loose in Europe," raiding for treasure. They fear the worst.[2]
