First Light Lunar Installation was a facility built on the Moon by Aeronautics of China during the Golden Age.
History
Its primary feature was a massive accelerator designed to launch cargo to colonies across the Solar System. By the time of the City Age, the facility was under occupation by the Fallen House of Exile and had suffered extensive damage from the construction of the Hive's Hellmouth fortress.[1]
