In all variants of Onslaught, the ADU serves as the objective all players must defend as its destruction will end the activity and not grant them their rewards. When Onslaught is started, players must kill all of the initial adds to set up the ADU and allow players to earn an in-game currency called Scrap. This currency is used for purchasing and upgrading defenses players can set up at the beginning of every set, which is composed of 10 waves, and after the end of every 3rd and 6th waves within that set. It can be earned by defeating enemies and throwing ADU batteries at the ADU. Some units such as Skybombers and Shielded Skybomber will prioritize the ADU and ignore targeting the defenses. On every 6th and 10th wave within the set, players will not be able to defend the ADU as they will be on the offensive against enemy forces.

Gameplay
